A lot of people are cheering on the Obama-Pelosi-Reid “stimulus” package, but fail to to see the massive government spending plans for “progressive” pet causes that do nothing to jump start the economy. Now you can read the entire bill, and understand why 188 House Repbulicans and Democrats voted against it.

Update (2/5): The porkulus package is now up for a vote in the Senate. Again, Republican amendments to the bill were rejected, and the “bipartisan” arm-twisting is on again, with President Obama employing scare tactics and straw man arguments to force a go-along-to-get-along vote. However, it looks like Senate Republicans won’t go out without a fight.
