It’s Louisiana. Definitely with a soul-food leaning. You’ll find greens, okra, hot links and white bread. Kind of like the menu over at Big Mama’s on Bonanza.
I had the special: a quarter slab of baby backs slathered in sauce with a side of mac-n-cheese and corn muffin. The slice of sweet potato pie topped in cream cheese and pecans rocked.
A successful outing, if I do say so myself.
