Thanks to the local Sierra Club, the U.S. 95 widening project is 2 1/2 years behind schedule and $30 million in the red. The R-J has an idea as where the extra money should come from.

Maybe the so-called “progressives” will think twice before they file another junk lawsuit and toss a monkey wrench into the gears of progress.
