Oops – here I’ve been reading your blog for a couple of months and never even knew that you weren’t white like me. How could I make such a horrible mistake in thinking that anyone who wrote the way you did had to be white!

Just kidding – but in fact I didn’t read your “about me” because I don’t think good writing requires me to know the writer. I enjoy what you have to say, I appreciate your point of view and after reading “about me” I’m proud to be your fellow American. Keep it up.
